ConnX Call Grabber
The Atlas ConnX Call Grabber improves user mobility by enabling movement of calls between phones, soft phones and any mobile device. Users simply dial a short code associated with the ConnX Call Grabber from their mobile device and the active call moves automatically to that device with no break or disruption in the conversation. Calls can be moved back from the mobile device by simply dialing a short code on the desk phone or computer-based soft client.
With Atlas ConnX Call Grabber, you no longer need to waste the time to hang up and call back from a different phone to continue a call when you need to go mobile, or put calls on hold to transfer them. Best of all, ConnX Call Grabber works seamlessly, so the other party will never know that you have changed devices: There is no delay or interruption while the call is moved, and your presence will show you as ‘On the Phone’ whether you are on the mobile, fixed, or VoIP line.

ConnX Mobile Extension
In today’s mobile world, being “in the office” doesn’t mean at your desk, and more and more, employees use their enterprise cellular phone as a primary device for communications. The office may end up being home, their car, a local mobile hotspot, or any other place connectivity allows a virtual office to be set up. Atlas ConnX Mobile Extension enables your cellular phone to have the convenience of dialing an internal extension from your desktop phone. Combined with the features offered as a part of ConnX Voice Premium, such as easy access to company directories, ConnX Mobile Extension makes intraoffice calls more efficient and less of a hassle.
ConnX Mobile Extension is an OpEx based product that is part of the larger ConnX UCaaS family of products.
Atlas’ ConnX Conferencing goes beyond traditional telephony conferencing and offers an OpEx-based solution that is a true unified conferencing experience. Parties can dial into a dedicated conference for formal or standing meetings with multiple participants, and supports both voice and video interaction across the user’s phone, desktop or mobile devices.
Video Conferencing using ConnX Conferencing leverages the latest in video codecs and tightly integrates both active speaker and continuous presence video options. Video conference calls support callers from video-enabled IP phones, Atlas’ ConnX desktop and mobile clients as well as room-based video conferences such as Polycom.
Web-based collaboration with Atlas ConnX Conferencing is also hassle-free because Atlas has partnered with key web collaboration partners to ensure a consistent experience across your desktop and mobile device when you need to collaborate but cannot be in the same room. Atlas ConnX Collaboration allows desktop sharing, application sharing and breakout rooms with both audio and video integration.
ConnX Conferencing supports reservation-less conferences where the same bridge ID and passcode are used every time, as well as scheduled meetings where a dedicated and different bridge ID and passcode are required. Recurring meetings are also supported. All conferences are secure and managed via one or more moderators who have control via their portal and telephone. Participants do not have to be inside the company to utilize the service via audio or web.

Drawing on Atlas’ extensive experience, Atlas’ ConnX SIP Trunking as a Service provides an Op-Ex, cloud-based, enterprise-level solution that combines a Session Border Controller (“SBC”) with a SIP trunk line, delivered to your enterprise through the cloud.
As businesses have continued to migrate their communications to IP-based platforms, ConnX SIP Trunking as a Service replaces legacy connections with IP-based circuits, and offering the connection from the cloud, enabling enterprises to reduce expenses and increase feature availability. Since ConnX SIP Trunking as a Service is OpEx-based, CapEx is minimized, and your enterprise benefits from savings beyond what even a typical SIP trunk installation can offer.
An SBC is VOIP session-aware hardware unit that controls call admission, session management, normalization, media treatment, Over the Top applications, and video. The SBC interoperates between the carrier and on-premises equipment, to secure signaling and media. The SBC also acts as location for cost-effective integration of legacy and IP environments. Typically, SBCs have been out of the reach of many smaller enterprises given the significant CapEx investment needed, but ConnX SIP Trunking as a Service is engineered specifically to bring the power of SBCs to all enterprises, to provide scalable, resilient, best in class features and to provide carrier performance with lower costs/minimum capital.
